The terms that govern your use of Neural Sniper.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Neural Sniper indicator and this website. By requesting access, starting a free trial, or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Terms

Neural Sniper is offered through the following options: a 15-day free trial, the limited Sniper Squad plan, and the Pro plan. Access to the indicator is delivered through your TradingView account using the TradingView username you provide.

  • The 15-day free trial requires no payment and converts to no plan automatically. You will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
  • The Sniper Squad and Pro plans are monthly subscriptions that renew every month until cancelled.
  • Sniper Squad is limited to the first 25 members; its price stays locked while your subscription remains active.
  • The Sniper Squad plan includes one preset of your choice; the Pro plan includes both presets.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your access remains active through the end of the period you have already paid for. After that period ends, access to the indicator is removed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Paid subscriptions: subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and your access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • The 15-day free trial involves no payment and therefore no refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reverse-engineer the Neural Sniper indicator or its presets. Access is granted to you individually through your TradingView account and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations of these terms without refund.

Neural Sniper is a technical analysis tool and does not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of profit. Please review our Disclaimer for full risk disclosure.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
